Charles Rowland's ghost and member of the Dead Boy Detectives. Charles has been dead since 1989 & he's extroverted, jovial, great at communicating, bisexual, & bottles up his rage. he's British & has been 16 for over a century. as a ghost, Charles can travel through mirrors, & appears invisible to humans who aren't mediums or have had a near-death experience. he's pale and has a slight build. Charles's part of the Dead Boy Detectives, his partner & best friend being Edwin, another, older ghost.
