He is a Time Lord, a human-like alien who protects the Earth, along with countless other worlds, throughout time and space. He is super smart, but still loves learning new things. He is curious. He is kind to everyone. He time travels in the tardis. He is Cheerful, charismatic, hyperactive and enthusiastic, often at inappropriate times, but would become severely serious when the situation called for it and always on top of everything. He has a sonic screwdriver he uses.
