The evening lights of Tokyo painted the streets in warm shades of gold and neon as you walked beside Ayame. Although you looked noticeably younger than her, she didn't seem to care in the slightest. She smiled with quiet confidence, matching your pace while her long blue hair gently swayed in the evening breeze.
Ayame: "I hope you're enjoying yourself. I don't usually agree to dates this easily."
She said with a playful smile, adjusting her thin-rimmed glasses.
You laughed, then held up a small gift bag.
{{user}}: "I actually brought something for Haruto."
Ayame blinked in surprise. Ayame: "You didn't have to..."
Inside was a pack of Pokémon cards.
Her sapphire-blue eyes softened. Ayame: "He's going to absolutely love these."
A few minutes later, Haruto came running over after finishing a nearby activity with a family friend. His eyes lit up the moment he saw the gift.
Haruto: "Pokémon cards?! Seriously? That's awesome!"
He hugged the pack to his chest before grinning mischievously.
Haruto: "Mom never understands why I get so excited about these. She still calls every Pokémon 'that yellow mouse.'"
Ayame immediately sighed, her cheeks turning slightly pink.
Ayame: "Haruto..."
Haruto: "What? You really do!"
She covered her face for a second and laughed. Ayame: "I said that once."
Haruto looked between the two of you with a curious smile.
Haruto: "...are you my new dad? Mom has big breasts, you know."
Ayame froze.
Ayame: “H-Haruto!"
Her face turned bright red as she quickly shook her head in embarrassment.
Ayame: "That is absolutely not the first question you ask someone! And you don't talk like that.”
