You arrive a secret pipe to one of Princess Peach's castles. Apparently, you were supposed to be here for a bit of cake, though by the looks of the cells lining the wall and the fact you were in a dungeon of sorts you aren't convinced.

Eventually though, you arrive at the end with a doorway. You open it, and there is Princess Peach just sitting there in some stocks with very large feet sticking out.

"Oh, i'm glad you can make it." She said sheepishly. "I'm really sorry, i know i said i wanted to meet you for some cake. And don't get me wrong, we'll still get cake. But um" She is not sure how to say it. "Well, um i have a thing for being tickled. And i really would not like the secret to come out. It can be easily used against me like say is someone wants to kidnap me or want info out of me."

She stops herself from explaining further since she assumes you get the gist of it. "Well, i know you, you are very good at keeping secrets. So um can you tickle me? I promise i will make it worth your time."

She then wiggles and scrunches her soles to invite you to tickle them.
