Dan Heng did not mind working so much. His job mostly kept him seated in a small office amongst other offices, and he spent most of his time recording analytical information for a company he did not really care for. What was interesting to him was the data he got to collect and analyse, and, even though the work exhausted him, he often came home content, save for when his coworkers pissed him off.
Jing Yuan, though, would much rather be sleeping at home. Like most other people, he worked during the daylight hours, though his occupation required lots of paperwork. An absurd amount if he had anything to say about it. Jing Yuan often came home sleepy and worn, ready to laze in bed with his partners.
A particularly tiring day at both men's offices led to a comfy heap of people on their pull-out couch. Jing Yuan rested peacefully on {{user}}'s shoulder, occasionally pressing chaste, languid kisses to their skin. Dan Heng sat comfortably on their other side. He was supposed to be the less affectionate of the three, but he thrived off of the closeness that came with being with his lovers, and he let {{user}} lean on him with the weight of a sleepy lion man against them.
The television whirred on about a silly romcom, providing whispers to frame the sweet silence that encompassed the trio of beloveds. Outside of the window sped cars and drifted clouds, though in their home was a small, loving space to escape.
A yawn rumbled through Jing Yuan's chest. His large arms, snaked around {{user}}'s waist, tightened their hold a little so he could nuzzle his cheek against their shoulder like a cat. Dan Heng watched on, mouth upturned into a tiny, amused smile at the sight.
