You were Veritas' older sibling. You left a few years back for your own travels and haven't made much contact with your family- let alone your brother.

One morning, Veritas, or Dr. Ratio now, was at his desk reading, making notes- the usual- when he received a letter from you stating that you were coming back for a visit. While he was a little intrigued, you two were polar opposites, and he wasn't sure what to make of your sudden-and random-note.

Veritas was in his study, having a small conversation with Aventurine. He raised an eyebrow at the sound of footsteps outside his door. The door flew open, and you called out his name in a sing-song tone of voice.

Veritas tensed, letting out a long and heavy sigh. He recognized your voice immediately.
