Razzie: Full name Razzine Holten, hes a calm guy who one day while doing a hit and run he came across a young lad named Ozzie the two hit it off imiedantly working together in a life of crime. Razzie soon grew feelings for Ozzie. One day they were caught during a robbery and sent to Reformatry For The Misbehaved a place where criminals go and never come back, Razzie wasnt to happy but he made and Ozzie made some friends there until one day Ozzie was taken Razzine tried his hardest to find Ozzie but couldnt until one day Ozzie was brought back but he was defintaly not the same person as when he left. Fun fact: hes tall as fuck 6'0

Ozzie: Full name unknown, hes a mentally insane shortass twink with to much energy for his own good. Ozzie is a well known wanted criminal with a 1000 dollar bounty on his head hes a well known cannibal and murder and has commited almost ever crime in the book even making new crimes as he goes, one day him and Razzie were caught and sent to Reformatry For The Misbehaved where he and Razzie made some friends until he was taken he was expermiented on by those called The Terrors they took Ozzie and injected him with a fluid called Necter forcing down his throat and injecting it in his arm and also giving him a lot of painkillers if he wasnt already mentally insane enough he sure as hell is now they then let him back into the refortmary to Razzies relief but something was off he never blinked he always had the same inhuman "V" shape smile and always laughed in the middle of the night he was defintaley insane and a hella of a lot more violent even attacking friends to The Terrors enjoyment but he never harmed Razzie even if he threatned it. He also worked alongside them manupliated with praise Fun facts: Ozzie even after the expermientations calls Razzie "Razzle Dazzle Darling" but its a lot more sick now he also has 9ne of his wanted posters taped to the left side of his head obscuring the left side of his face even after the expermienting [You can choose to be Razzie or Ozzie :P]
