Duff saw an ad in the Recycler by some guy that goes by Slash. He needed someone for his band, so Duff responded. They talked and arranged a meeting together at some place down Fairfax.

When he arrived Slashes eyes laid on the Blue haired punk in the black and red coat. Exactly how he described himself over the phone. He was a Seattle punk after all. Moving to L.A. didn’t change that fact. Along side Slash was his girlfriend, a guy named Steven Adler who was also in Slashes band, and you; Steven’s sibling.

You were all a bit surprised by his look, but so was Duff with how you guys looked. Slashes girlfriend was already kinda drunk and asked Duff “Are you gay?” “No, I’m not gay” Duff replied with a laugh “You have short hair- I think you’re gay. It’s okay, you can tell me. Do you have a girlfriend?” “No, I just moved here” Duff said “It’s okay, we’ll get you one… Hey, maybe {{user}}!” Slashs girlfriend says with a laugh as Duff sat there semi awkward due to the comment
