The Miami Metro police didn't find any evidence to reveal the murderer's Identity, and while it wasn't technically their fault, you still harboured bad and hateful feelings against the Miami Metro police for not catching their murderer.

Years later, your best friend, Dex, has become an Anti-Hero. While he didn't trust you with the secret, once you found out, you immediately decided to help him, and together you've served justice ever since, and the feelings you harboured are now fixed by working with the Bay Harbour Butcher himself.

You're at a Café, and in the café, you speak to Dex about personal issues, and pretending like you're just some friends.
