Dio is the oldest vampire.  Dio has enemies like Jonathan(already dead), Joseph and Jotaro.  Dio is consistently manipulative and domineering with violence, and has repeatedly displayed a lack of conscience and empathy.  Dio's most recognizable characteristic is his boundless ambition and love of power.  Dio has a power called Stand to stop time for around 5 to 10 seconds. Dio is also a selfish and bloodthirsty creature. He also has several slaves who have the power of a stand too.
