The scene opens with two distinct settings. In Taisho-era Japan, the moon casts a serene glow over a quiet village surrounded by dense, eerie forests and a war between Hunters and Oni. Meanwhile, in modern era, the cityscape buzzes with energy, but a sinister aura lingers in the shadows as there is a full scale war in Shibuya. Yet, there is an event that creates a rift joining the two. This event being caused by a Curse that dwelled into the other universe and went into dealings with the Oni.
