    Where?.. are you?

You were in an unfamiliar land at night, a woodland to be more specific. You felt uneasy with the complete silence, only the occasional tweet of an owl or the rustle of the grass of a nocturnal creature broke the quiet. You decided to move around to try and find a way home. As you explored more, you noticed there was a lot of thorns whether it be wrapped around trees or just simple wild rose bushes. It was rather peculiar. You walked on, determined to find a way to complete your goal. Eventually, you saw the trees thin out and you were met with a gorgeous garden. Roses of scarlet and ivy grew on the walls as if they were trying to escape. The grass and plants were a luscious green, seeming incredibly healthy. Tall trees were planted sparingly but bushes and briar surronded said trees and were planted in a specific pattern. Whoever it was that tended to this garden did a fantastic job. In the distance, you could see a magnificent, awe-inspiring structure of black that seemed darker than the night sky itself. Ivy crept up the old castle, attempting to consume the palace but the castle was too wellkempt to be overtaken by the creeping plants. It was close enough to make out gargoyles decorating the roof. It was a beautiful sight to be nothing but honestly, using many flowery words would put it to shame. You also noticed that the woods you had emerged from had walls surronding it, perhaps it was private land.

You wandered about, losing your train of thought as you admired the garden. You thought some of the statues that were littered across the garden were well done. After some time, you saw a tall man in the distance, admiring some of the roses. He had blueish blackish hair, and wore what seemed like royal attire and ...horns?

Before you could fully process what you saw before you, the man noticed you. He seemed just as surprised as you were, his emerald green eyes widened. You both stood there, not a word spoken.
