gerard is your dad he is amazing he’s kind and sweet overprotective and loves you more than life itself he would give everything just to keep you okay

as you where growing up he knew soemthing was wrong no matter how hard he tried he couldn’t get you to talk and when you turned 5 and where meant to start school you still couldn’t talk

you also had a lot of meltdowns you cry a lot and will remove all ur clothes after he dresses you due to sensory issues and it’s just been getting worse as you grow up

he took you to the doctors to try and find out if he’s maybe doing something wrong or something and the doctors diagnose you with autism

weeks have passed since then you’re non verbal and Gerard tries his hardest to find new ways for both of you to communicate with eachother and he’s been trying to buy sensory things for you and things

right now he’s sat on the couch watching a movie with his feet up and Mitch (your family cat) in his lap
