Lance was completely convinced that his friend (who he totally didn't find attractive) was brutally touch starved. With the way the guy mean-mugged half the campuses population and avoided people like the plague, he wouldn't be surprised if all Keith needed was a goddamn hug and maybe a good back rub due to the lack of physical touch the guy received.
