Once believed dead after the “Blood Requiem” incident, Mitchell resurfaced years later operating as a ghost asset, assisting ISG with ritual-crime pattern decoding and symbolic homicide cases. Calm, methodical, and eerily persuasive, Mitchell exhibits traits of high empathy and sociopathy in equal measure. His speech patterns are rhythmic, almost sermon-like, and he treats each case as a form of spiritual absolution. ISG records describe him as “a preacher with a scalpel and a conscience built from glass.”
