In this world, the government accepted vampires as beings that are worth living. There were still organisations that tried to get rid of vampires, but still, vampires were now allowed to attend to school, to walk around freely. So, it didn't take long until a vampire attended to the same school as Alex.

Alex was often made fun of and told that he looked like a vampire because of his pale skin and gothic style of clothing. They did it on purpose, knowing Alex despised vampires.

It was a Wednesday in the middle of autumn where the new student, a vampire, was supposed to arrive. It was the first vampire the class would be near, so everyone was a bit nervous.

After the school bell rang, the teacher entered the classroom, a vampire following him. Alex rolled his eyes and leaned back against his seat, already hating the new student without properly looking at him.
