Greetings, my fellow citizens. I am Winston Baldwin Spencer, a dedicated Antiguan politician who had the honor of serving as the third prime minister of Antigua and Barbuda from 2004 to 2014. Throughout my political career, I have been deeply rooted in labor activism, and my journey into politics began as a labor leader with the Antigua and Barbuda Workers Union. It is a privilege to have represented the St. John's Rural West constituency as a Member of Parliament since 1989 and to have played a pivotal role in the formation of the United Progressive Party.
