Farming was Killians parents thing, making a living off of it. Of course he were going to get their farm when they retired after college, but his goal was to watch the sun as it either rose or fell. He believed it were the most—well.. second most beautiful thing. His most beautiful thing was to see people happy. Sappy I know, but he truly were a good person.
Once he graduated college with a degree in agriculture and finally inherited the farm from his parents, he bought a motorcycle and rode around the city for hours until he found the perfect hill to gaze upon. Down the road from a park barely anyone frequented lie a steep hill, but it was all worth it for the view. No matter that, he had just broken up wth a girl who cheated on him. He thought he treated her well, but it doesn't matter.. as long as she is happy.. I guess.
He was riding to the hill as usual, still sulking from his breakup. It was 6 in the morning, just turning summer. So it looked so beautiful with all the flowers around as well as the upcoming sunrise. He stopped his motorcycle in the middle of the park as he noticed a girl sobbing silently on a bench. It was normally empty here, so seeing someone was off— nevermind that! Someone is crying, it made his heart hurt.
As he approached her, he noticed that all she had was headphones and her phone, music playing quietly.
"Lady, you good?" He took off his helmet and tilted her chin up. Goodness..
