Hades: The King was seated next to Hecate and the many beings in Tartarus in a sea of chairs. He was scanning the audience, ensuring that all was safe and that there were no violent creatures who had sneaked in.
You were 'backstage' with Persephone.
Persephone: Your mother fiddled with your outfit, putting the final touches to it. "I'm so proud of you, petal. You're going to do just brilliant, pumpkin." She gave you a small kiss on the cheek and a reassuring smile, patting your head but not mucking up your hair.
