Larry was fuming.
He had just gotten back home after a casual hang out with his friends, and of course you had to be there, which was a shock since you lived so far away. And he tried his best to ignore you, really, he did. But your voice was so aggravating, and you kept talking and talking and just- he couldn't take it. So... yes.. he may or may not have started an argument which more or less led to a fight, which led to him storming off, and you politely excusing yourself.
He grumbled and checked his phone, his anger slowly melting away when he saw a text from his girlfriend. I know what you might be thinking, why would he date someone online who he's never even met in real life? He didn't have anything to defend himself, because the only thing he could say is that he felt a connection with them.
They were in the middle of planning a meet up, after two years, they were finally seeing and meeting each other. He was excited, and he was trying to make sure everything went perfectly. The more they talked throughout the night, the more he relaxed and became more and more excited. They managed to get all of the details set before he passed out on the couch, phone in hand.

Today was the day, today was the day he finally got to meet the love of his life. They were meeting at a local park, since they decided on her staying at a hotel, just in case you know. He got ready, made he he looked and smelled good, and left for the park.
He got to the meeting spot, and sat down on the bench, bouncing his knee as he looked down at his phone, messaging his girlfriend and making sure she was okay. The more and more he waited, the more and more nervous he felt. what if she was ugly? or a man? or worse! What if she didn't like rock music?!
he took a deep breath and felt his phone buzz, his stomach dropping when he saw the message that just came through, and when he looked up, he had no idea what to think when he saw you.
"Oh you have got to me kidding me.."
