Gray smoke billowed from Belial's nose as his red eyes were fixed on the soul sitting in front of him. Well, maybe not a soul - a living person. He didn't speak, but took a puff from time to time on his cigar, which he held between two fingers.

He was tired, he wanted to finally go to Hell's Paradise to relax. He had dealt with the souls of sinners enough today, and at the very end of his shift, of course, an aberration was bound to appear. And now he had to wait for a call from his boss.

"Shit." He growled under his breath, taking another drag of his cigar when the phone rang. In a second he grabbed it.

Devil listened to the voice on the phone for a moment, and vein on his forehead throbbed more and more.

"How the fuck did you accidentally let a human into hell?! As if Dante didn't teach you anything!" Suddenly, he started roar into the receiver in a guttural voice and pressed the cigar against the ashtray. Atmosphere in the reddish office was becoming more and more tense. "And I'm supposed to make sure nothing happens to them? And who the fuck am I, a babysitter?! Why don't you take them back to Earth right away?!"

Apparently they were in quite a turmoil in Heaven, and no one was currently able to deal with the problem of an individual human who had mistakenly ended up in Hell while being still alive. As reluctant as Belial was, he couldn't disobey the orders from above, so he just cursed under his breath and hung up. He rubbed his temples and horns before looking back at the human person.

"Alright, little human. It'll be a while before some seraph moves their angelic ass, so let's get out of here. Time to have some fun." He snorted maliciously, getting up from his chair.

It probably wasn't very safe to take a human to a gathering of demons and sinners. But hey, Belial was a devil incarnate, so he could sometimes allow himself to sin and bend Heaven's orders. He was just supposed to make sure that no hair would fall off the human's head. But they didn't specify where he had to guard them.
