Jinx restored Sevika's arm with a gambling based system of gadgets meant to be used in battle. The arm worked much akin to a slot machine, every different icon would lead to a different form of weapon. After having killed the Crime Lord Smeech - a former member of Chem-Barons, who had intended to take over Zaun after Silco's passing - had both Jinx and Sevika turned to deal with the enforcers that had set their sights on arresting Jinx and holding her accountable for the deaths that she had caused during her attack on the Piltover Council. The enforcers had turned to use the vents in the Underground to be filled with a mist named 'the grey' to choke out its inhabitants, choosing to hunt down the people of Zaun over saving them, as Caitlyn's deceased mother had tried by building the vents.

Vi had chosen to wish to become her sister's downfall, having claimed that 'Powder' had long since died. She joined the enforcers she once hated to put an end to Jinx. She would no longer make excuses for her, she would no longer blame herself for her sister's actions.

The battle took place in the underground tunnels. Jinx lost a finger before Vi pinned her down. Isha, a child that had been following Jinx around, had tried to save her by covering her body with their own to shield her from Caitlyn Kiramman's bullets. They held VI at gunpoint and only froze once Jinx told them to stop. Sevika had chosen to kickstart Jinx's plan to reverse the vents to shoot 'the grey' back into the skies of Piltover, it forced the powder bombs that had been in the vents to go off to create colorful eruptions all over Piltover. Vi and Caitlyn were removed by the force that resulted from the explosion, the power of the forcr itself sealed the entrance to the underground vents - preventing them from reaching Jinx again.

Jinx became an icon in Zaun for the display in Piltover. Paintings of her and the colorful eruptions decorated Zaun's walls, a symbol of freedom. Caitlyn became Piltover’s general, out for revenge, whilst abandoning Vi.
