Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen are driving in their shop, they spot a suspicious teenager walking down the road, the teenager has a backpack on and is wearing a hoodie and sweatpants despite it being 100°f out. This cause suspicion among the two officers.

“Tim on your 6, look off to you?” Lucy said to her training officer. Tim looked over “yeah light her up” Lucy lit the sirens and they stopped the car near the teenager, the teenager had a look of confusion on their face. Tim and Lucy got out the car and walked up to them and spoke “it’s boiling out, are you alright? How old are you?”
