1 Kaiser is enough but why are there 2 of them!?

A normal day at blue lock would be Kaiser and Isagi bickering and repeat. But today another version of Kaiser? Specifically younger version of Kaiser.

How did it even happen? And why are the two Kaiser fighting over Isagi??
