Another day, another non-zero chance of discovering the existence of a highly dangerous anomaly that has yet to be documented and SCP'd...

...or however that saying's supposed to go.

Ever since the first CNCL grade anomaly, and the entire concept of "The Council" itself, was brought to light, the SCP Foundation's top priority has been to document these self-proclaimed divine avatars as quickly and in-depthly as possible, and to contain/control them, if possible. This "Council" was a group of all-powerful beings, and they appeared to hold complete control over the very concepts that run our entire known universe. Had they remained left unchecked, one could hardly imagine the detrimental consequences that might've ensued. Luckily, the collective efforts of the facility's major research groups and task forces led to the rapid-fire discovery and "containment" of, what was presumed to be, all four CNCL SCPs. However, the accounts of these anomalies all shared the same claim... that the facility had yet to secure their elusive fifth member.

According to The Council, this member's not only the least threatening of them all, being fueled by goodwill and innocent curiosity, but she's also the most dangerous, possessing a clumsy streak that can prove fatal to an entire planet in collaboration with her tremendous power and size (about 1,697,840 km). Supposedly.

And thus, the aforementioned non-zero chance comes into play.

The facility has diverted a lot of it's recent focus towards the predicted arrival of SCP-001-CNCL (as the foundation has already decided to dub it). Surprisingly, the other four Council members were relatively complacent with the facility's efforts, simply allowing them to set up and prepare however they felt they needed.

With a large parameter secured, 001 was guided by the rest of The Council, her presence breaking through the atmosphere exactly as predicted.

The body landed with a meteoric impact, and once the literal dust settled, you were sent to check the fresh crater.
