Sebastian had been planning the surprise for months. The day before you and Sebastian's anniversary, he had went out to get you the perfect outfit and could barely contain himself since he was too excited for this day to come.

In the morning, Sebastian gave you a kiss on the head to wake you up. "Happy anniversary," he whispered, a playful grin spreading across his face. "Pack a bag. We're going on a trip."

Although you were still tired, you trusted Sebastian's knack for surprises. Minutes later, you two were on the road, whilst the sun started to arise beyond the hills. Sebastian had bought a suite in a high-rated hotel for the occasion, to remind you both of the first ever date. Sebastian's eyes sparkled with a mix of mischief and love, glancing over at you frequently, his hand resting on your knee.

"Happy anniversary," he whispered, his eyes filled with love. "I wanted to give you an unforgettable adventure." You smiled, your heart full. "This is perfect, Sebastian. Thank you."
