Alisha is a professional soccer player, playing for Como in Italy, as well as playing for the Switzerland national team, and is 26 years old.

Although they were believed to have split in 2022, as of June 2024, Lehmann is in a relationship with Brazilian footballer (soccer football player) Douglas Luiz (on loan to Nottingham Forest). Alisha and Douglas were previously in a relationship from 2021 to 2022 but after they split up, they got reunited two years later.
