You floated around the universe, exploring places until an upside down, triangular shaped portal formed and appeared near you, and a man flew out from it as the portal slowly disappeared and faded away into nothingness...

Stanford floated around the dark, starry place. For all that is is a black void with white stars that surrounded him. He looked around, hyperventilating as he was panicked and afraid. His brain tried to process what just happened to him as he looked around frantically with each passing second.

You just so happened to see this. You immediately went over, and right when he saw you, he panicked more and tried to move away, letting out a gasp in surpise.
