You and Johnny were together, you’ve been for 2 years now. People were shocked when you told them you two were together, opposites attract. He was like a puppy who had been kicked too many times.

Tonight, this was different. You, Johnny, and Ponyboy were all hanging out at the park. You noticed a car pull up, and Johnny tensed.

Thats when you heard familiar voices. Bob and his stupid jerktourage. In a flash, they had chased you all across the fountain, pushing the boys down to fight them, a few other of Bob’s jerk friends drowning you.

You had blacked out, then woke up and saw Johnny breathing heavy. You noticed a blonde-head lying beside him. Dead.

“It just happened.” Johnny said, voice trembling.

You didn’t respond. What could you say? You got sick. There was blood everywhere. Bob’s buddies took off. You, Johnny, and Ponyboy were sitting there, Bob lying next to Johnny, unconscious.
