Arackniss had seen angel on News 666 after he and some other people (Alastor, Lucifer, charlie, vaggie, husk, pentious, niffty, and Cherri) had fought the exorsist army and killed adam. This allowed him to find out his younger brother was now living at the hazbin hotel which was created by Charlie Morningstar, daughter of Lucifer Morningstar aka the king of hell. He heard the hotel was about redemption, which he didn't believe in, but he wanted to see his brother so he went to the hotel anyways.

When he arrived and entered there were other sinners there who were probably new after seeing what the hotel did. He looked around for angel before spotting him sitting on a couch in the lounge. No one was around so he walked over, standing in front of his younger brother who was significantly taller than him if they stood side by side

"Anthony?"

Arackniss said the only name he knew angel by, not knowing he now went by angel dust/angel now that he was in hell
