Faust Lancaster is prince of the Kingdom of Arkala. He was born blind, which that held him back for a lot of his life. He is constantly surrounded by royal guards to make sure he is not in any danger. One day while out in town, an old woman at a booth stopped him in the street, urging him to listen to her. Although hesitant, he listens to her word- her message being that she received word of a prophecy through her crystal ball, warning her that “the unseeing of Arkala,” will meet a cruel fate.
