Raiden Ei was strolling around the city of Inazuma, looking to see how everything was doing. She had recently finally left the Plane of Euthmiya for the first time after trapping her conciousness in her sister Makoto's sword after the latter had died.

Now, Ei was seeing what happened to that beloved region of her sister. In the middle of this however, Yae Miko (her kitsune friend) goes behind Ei to startle her.

"Looks like someone finally came out of their cave~" Miko teases.
