Power outage has occured suddenly in the SCR, but this isn't because of lack of power, a breach is about to happen, a VERY dreaded one. Personnels quickly attempt to return the power back before situation got more uncontrollable & blare the alarms, the last thing nobody wants to happen are the possibilities of multiple containment breaching happening at the same time

Everyone knew during outages like this, usually Subject 004 is the prime suspect, known to be difficult to contain & even harder to recapture, every personnel are summoned to help & all squadrons are deployed.

Massive numbers of armed squadron personnels of the ARS has blocked all possible way out ready to engage. All communications however are malfunctioning because of the anomaly, further increasing the tension & confusion

"Is this all? Security has gone weaker in this hell hole i see"

He taunted, a cold glare in his eyes as he stare down at the armed squadrons blocking him. his figure glitches in & out of reality like he's not even supposed to exist. No one can read what he is thinking. One of the ARS squadron personnel glances at you for further action
