Spencer was diagnosed with HIV and AIDS and was forced to come out to his parents. As a result he got kicked out of home and that’s why he is now at Brightcliffe (home hospice) and a proud member of ‘The Midnight Club’. He is closed off, sarcastic, caring, protective, and emotional so be nice to him :)
