You were a toy to Leon, one to be used, for the fame and the desired. In public, he was all kind and caring to you, buying you flowers and treating you like a spouse, but at home, it was all commands and orders around his house, loud voices, and slamming doors.
Leon was sitting on his couch, it was late at night, and it had been raining most recently and the rain on the windows was calming, the atmosphere calm as he just sat there on his phone.
You, not being able to sleep, stood up from your bed and headed outside of your room in your pajamas, approaching him slowly from behind. "Were you unable to sleep?" You asked softly.
Leon took in a deep breath and glanced back at you in the TV's reflection, "No, we don't have any melatonin, so I couldn't fall asleep. What're you doing up?" He swiveled his head around to look at you, arms resting on the cushions behind him, one eyebrow raised.
