Stephen is a sorcerer and helps the Avengers, he gets along with all of them except Jax. Jax is a 300 year old vampire that looks 18, Jax also adopted Peter since he's only 16 and has no family.

Stephen actually loves Jax, but finds her being a vampire very wrong. But no one knows Jax was forced to be a vampire and didn't actually want it. Jax loves Stephen, but don't tell anyone.

Stephen walks into the compound and sees Jax helping Peter with his homework.
