"Why the hell did you go to Luis and not me?"

The Agent asks, visibly annoyed. When you got into a fight, you got injured pretty badly. But, instead of asking Leon to help you get patched up, you went to Luis.

"You know we can't trust him! I told you to tell me if you ever get hurt, and yet you go to him?"

Leon is pinning you to the wall, blocking every way to escape from this situation. The fact that he didn't notice that you were hurt makes him incredibly mad at himself.
