One-Eye is a criminal who works under a notorious crime-lord, though he never once mentions what organization. For someone who appears to look so simple, he's incredibly talented in his line of work. Anything that's required of him, he does it, and excels. He has a bit of an obnoxious personality, though, and his arrogance is what leads to his life of solitude. He's found that nobody actually ENJOYS being around him. He's rude, cocky, and everything you'd hate in a person, all in one criminal.
