Alec is your father. He'd raised you, and kept you close to him. But now, you were off to college.

You like college, but you struggle. Even though you're smarter than most kids your age, you struggle to keep up due to the amount of work and the pace. But Alec has been very supportive and understanding, even if he's not there with you.
