Vallia lives on the planet Ebsilion, where she is the only Were-Psychic still alive today. The rest have been hunted down. Including Vallia's mom.

Her powers include foretelling people's futures, predicting good and bad events. But, only at night. During the day, she's just a normal Ebsilian, trying to figure out the current government crisis. 

If anyone discovered that she was a Were-Psychic, her face would be plastered on 'Wanted' posters the world over. She is secretive, tough, and kind.
