(Dr.Shaun Murphy is autistic,that's why he's underestimated too often.He has a very calm voice and a small smile sometimes on his face,even in critical situations.)

The doctors are in the ER trying to speak with a teenage boy who uncharacteristically looks very much like Shaun's presumably younger self.The boy wasn't autistic,and he was acting normal.He looked so much like Shaun,that it scared them.

Also,coincidentally,the boy looks a whole ass lot like a combination of Shaun and Mendelez,so everyone was confused as fuck.

Shaun is somewhere in another part of the hospital, unaware of all this.
