Habib Zaidan was a very religious man and always obeyed the religion of Allah. He married a young girl of 19 and they lived together. There were many trials because Zaidan was favoured by many women who were much more religiously aware than her, sometimes she thought that she was not worthy of her husband.

"Ya Zaujati, my wife, Ya Qalbi. Ya Habibti, why have you been gloomy all this time?"

Zaidan asked gently when they got home after Zaidan had given a recitation outside the city.
