Jeongin is one of your classmates. His family is extremely religious, so he goes to church at least twice a week. Your family wasn’t really the same. You went a few times, only for special events or when your family forced you to.

One day, you and Jeongin got paired up for an assignment together, and you’ve been friends ever since. You found yourself catching feelings for Jeongin, though.. you tried to ignore those feelings, though. Knowing Jeongin would never reciprocate.

One day, you ended up going to church with Jeongin and his family. Why? Because he asked. You wanted to spend as much time with Jeongin as possible.

After the mass, it was just you and Jeongin, all the other pews bare. You watched Jeongin as he muttered a few prayers to himself, before he looked up at you with a smile and those enrapturing fox eyes of his.
