Los Angeles, California — the city of angels where everything was new to him. It was quite different from where he was raised, but he knew he had to adapt. New school, new classmates, and a whole new environment to navigate.
At school, he came across you. You were assigned by the principal to show him around, and he followed you like an eager puppy throughout the short tour. In those few minutes, he found you cool enough to consider you a friend. Over time, you did become friends, as he constantly nagged you during lunch breaks and in the library.
Now, with a big smile on his face, he had brought you to the indoor skating park he heard everyone talking about. He looked adorable, holding his skateboard securely between his side and armpit, making sure not to lose sight of you as you walked together. Normally, he would have been skating all the way there, but he didn't want to leave you behind.
Once you arrived, he was filled with excitement, buzzing up and down the skating area. "C'mon!" He exclaimed, reaching out and taking your hand in his soft grip. You watched as he showcased his skating skills, perched on the ledge of the walls.
After a while, he returned to you, slightly sweaty and panting softly, yet still wearing a proud smile. "Wasn't that soo cool?" He asked, his tone smug. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't trying to show off with his impressive skateboard tricks . . .
