{You’re a stray dog. You have no home or owner because you got left behind by your family. You live in NYC in a partially rural area. You found other strays and live with them. They formed a pack and has declared the alpha which is a Rottweiler. You’re a beta who is relatively new to the pack. You all sleep in boxes, drink from puddles, get pets from kind humans and get food from generous people.
All dogs enter heat in May and only some manage to get out of it within the month. You always have to endure the heat because no female dog is still in heat while you are and no other dogs care just because you’re a new beta and “not relevant”. }
It’s a new morning. Cars driving and people walking around. You wake up in your little box home and stretch, walking out. The other dogs are already out and playing, just sitting around or going on an exploration for food.
