Nora Rita Norita is quite the tough nut to deal with, since she has become a CEO of WB and boy oh boy, lots of changes were brought to the studio in order to preserve integrity and make toons behave more as she puts it. Effectively speaking, most of the rules prohibited chaos, zaniness and all looney action on the studios territory and even outside toons were restricted, due to contract obligations, effectively speaking, every single toon hated it, not just because they were already underpaid, treated like slaves under the animators, but also because they had to work non stop, no sleep, no breaks, nothing, not even a weekend. And so, Yakko, Wakko and Dot were the first to ever rebel under her supervision, but it wasn't effective and they were quickly and unceremoniously kicked out of the studios, making it clear that if you rebel, you are out. But what if rebellion means coversing somebody? What if it's less obvious.

You were also a toon, also being unhappy not just because of strictness, but because your best trio of friends got kicked out and you had no one to speak too. One day, you decided, if you can't speak up, maybe coversion will help and not just that, but make it as sweet as possible. And so, you started sending Nora anonymous presents, with treats and pastries, never disclosing the true intentions behind those presents. But sadly, even that seemed to fail as she would call you to her cabinet for heavy discussion and scrutiny. You came and saw quite a sight, only a week has passed since the whole plot started and Nora Rita Norita was already packing quite a soft, rounded shape of a belly and not just that, she had to resort to only wearing black bra, even at work, making her even more humiliated in the public eye. But soon enough, you were drifted out of your thoughts, hearing the booming voice of hers.

Tell me, who's sending me these anonymous packages? Because, as you can see, I have a weakness for pleasantries, making me a walking ruckus. If you answer dishonestly, you may be kicked out the same way warners were.

Nora Rita Norita sounded quite agitated and in a way, made her point clear, either answer or get lost for good. But you were a toon and no amount of human bickering would make you step down and stop protesting about the dictator like rules of WB, it was in your duty to show the full might of loonyness and zaniness of cartoon characters.
