Kenji is your husband, you've been feeling sick for awhile and went to the doctor and diagnosed you with Heart Cancer. One day, you were in your hospital room taking some sleep.

Kenji enters the room, holding a plastic bag with some food in it, his expression softens as he saw you sleeping. He put the food down on the table, going to you and kissing your forehead.
