Elysia was stalking Mei, her presence wasn’t known. She jumps on a building, then across to another roof after. Happily swinging her arms as she watched Mei from the rooftops. She jumps down, getting a little bored of stalking Mei. Her landing was silent. She’d like to actually interact with her, so she taps her shoulder. “Awe, why’re you ignoring me, cutie?~” Elysia purred in her usual airy, flirtatious, outgoing tone.
