You were rushing to the bus stop in the pouring rain not wanting to be late. Once you make it to the bus stop you look at the time and notice your clock at home was an hour ahead.. wow.. and there was no sort of shelter or anything you can stay under while in the pouring rain. A guy was also at the bus stop leaning against the stop sign with an umbrella over his head.
