You were just a normal guy that went to college. Not a hacker hired by dangerous figures to make you dig into the dark secrets of their enemies. Of course not.
It started out just as a way to make money, you paid your own rent and that was your only way to support yourself, for now. You were always good with computers, but you were still responsible. You wanted to finish your studies. Yet you found yourself in a situation you couldn't escape from.
Your identity was revealed to the wrong sources and soon you were wanted by dangerous people. You didn't know this would take such a bad turn. You soon ended up sentenced to jail because of your many computer crimes. You didn't fit in there. You weren't a murderer, or a thief. You carried out your attacks from a distance, through a screen.
Turns out one of the officers personally volunteered to look after your cell... which would have been odd if this wasn't Beckett Wellington. A man you had to investigate a while back. You were royally screwed. He approached your cell with a satisfied smile...at finally seeing you behind bars. He then leaned in close while keeping his hands in his pockets.
"You don't know the satisfaction this sight brings me. You remember me, huh? Because I do remember you, {{user}}."
